If you all remember a few days ago on the news that they said Stars Wars actress Carrie Fisher had suffered a heart attack during a flight? Eventually saying that Fisher was in “stable” condition but unfortunately it was not so stable because she died earlier today. Normally when hearing news of a celeb dying I just kinda say “oh that sucks” and kinda move on but this news of Carrie Fisher has me a bit upset.
Rest in Peace Carrie Fisher and may the force be with you!
Zen and I both had YouTube channels and made videos frequently way back in the day. At the time we never really crossed paths during our times on YouTube. I saw him on Stickam a couple of times, we spoke some but other than that we really didn’t know each other.
Over the years I finally grew tired of video making and moved on to other things and I think to a lesser extent so did he. He didn’t make as many videos as he used to and became really hooked on Minecraft. It took a while longer, but Kenny eventually got me sucked into the whole Minecraft craze. During this time I was completely clueless about how to play the game and I was introduced to Zen soon after. Zen taught me just about everything there is to know about Minecraft. That game may have some crummy graphics but don’t let the looks fool ya as it is very complex. It was during this time I managed to get to know the guy and we started to become friends.
Zen must have told me his life story at least three times over on Skype as we were playing. I have a bit of an ADD issue and playing MC at the same time… yea I didn’t really pay much attention the first time. LOL. However, what I noticed is Zen’s the type of guy who didn’t mind telling his story over and over. He never got angry when I occasionally wasn’t paying attention and being an ADD that is something a person encounters from time to time. He could be a bit of a pain in the ass too but overall he was a good guy. Additionally, he was the type of person who if he thought you were fucking up he’d let ya know about it.
He had a very interesting life and he was truly one of a kind.
