My close friends have known this video has been in the making for a while now and finally found the time to finish it. This mob farm was built by one of the players on my private Minecraft server. After my friend showed me his creation I easily envisioned how this could make an epic music video. I was forced to downgrade my server back to 1.8.9 cuz those XP points weren’t glitching thru the glass blocks as well on the newer versions. In short this was probably one of the biggest projects I’ve done as it took about 3 weeks to make.
Really wished I had more time to do music videos as I’ve made a few in the past. Depending on the project you’re doing they can be very time consuming but yet very rewarding upon completion. I enjoy doing these and I’m a lot better at it then lets say traditional art such as drawing.
This is an old map I recently loaded up on my Minecraft server and this is a build I never really shared. What motivated this creation is one of my friends was caught gifting himself sea lanterns and building a large building with them. He tried to deny it at first then somebody else on the server kinda poked fun at him. Suggesting if sea laterns were so easy to obtain, then he ought to make a toilet comprised of diamond blocks, with sea laterns as the sewer pipe and flush dragon eggs with it. Then that’s when I decided to make his imagination into reality 🙂
This is Minecraft PvP with close friends and the person I killed is a VERY good player. He wins almost every battle so this was a pretty big deal when I killed him. He was focused entirely on another player while I was hiding behind some trees, I came from the side and he didn’t see me coming.
We had a 24 hour truce and in the meantime we build secret bases and weapons. It’s pretty cut throat because when a player dies, they lose hours worth of work. LOL he cleary wasn’t happy about getting killed but it’s all good we’re still friends 🙂

Zen and I both had YouTube channels and made videos frequently way back in the day. At the time we never really crossed paths during our times on YouTube. I saw him on Stickam a couple of times, we spoke some but other than that we really didn’t know each other.
Over the years I finally grew tired of video making and moved on to other things and I think to a lesser extent so did he. He didn’t make as many videos as he used to and became really hooked on Minecraft. It took a while longer, but Kenny eventually got me sucked into the whole Minecraft craze. During this time I was completely clueless about how to play the game and I was introduced to Zen soon after. Zen taught me just about everything there is to know about Minecraft. That game may have some crummy graphics but don’t let the looks fool ya as it is very complex. It was during this time I managed to get to know the guy and we started to become friends.
Zen must have told me his life story at least three times over on Skype as we were playing. I have a bit of an ADD issue and playing MC at the same time… yea I didn’t really pay much attention the first time. LOL. However, what I noticed is Zen’s the type of guy who didn’t mind telling his story over and over. He never got angry when I occasionally wasn’t paying attention and being an ADD that is something a person encounters from time to time. He could be a bit of a pain in the ass too but overall he was a good guy. Additionally, he was the type of person who if he thought you were fucking up he’d let ya know about it.
He had a very interesting life and he was truly one of a kind.
